Where is Pop Clink Event Decor located? 

  • Pop Clink Event Decor is a female-owned company based in Richmond, Virginia. All decor and rentals are created in our Richmond, VA studio.

Will you all travel outside of Richmond to install decor? 

  • Absolutely! We are happy to travel to other locations in VA. Depending on how far the location is from our home office in Richmond, there may be a traveling fee. 

What is the cost of a balloon installation for my event? 

  • We custom create each balloon design around our client's individual event and vision. Pricing will vary depending on size, number of balloons used, etc. The best way to determine price is to contact us with inspiration photos or photos of past work we have completed! 

    How early should I book you before my event? 

    • The sooner the better! We book up weekends fast, so to guarantee we are available for your event, we suggest contacting us asap! 

    Do you offer break down services? 

    • We do not take down any balloon garlands installed unless one of our rental pieces is incorporated in the design. We will discuss this during your consultation. If you would like break down of the balloons after your event, an additional fee will be charged.

    Do you offer other party supplies such as napkins, plates, cups, etc? 

    • We do! There are many amazing wholesale party suppliers we are able to access. We do currently sell a limited amount of party supplies in our online shop, but can also order other options for your event. Please include this in you inquiry.
